Two guides.
One grounded approach.

Jaye Kennedy

Nancy Lynk

With more than 35 years in nonprofit leadership, Jaye has spent her career helping organizations grow from the ground up.  From community needs assessments and culture transformation to board development, fundraising, and endowment investments.  She's seen firsthand what it takes to build something that lasts. Grounded growth isn't just a phrase for her.  It's how she leads.

Jaye spent 13 years as CEO of a $9 million nonprofit, and before that served as Director of Major Gifts at a Big Ten university, Development & Endowment Director at a growing nonprofit, and Vice President of a mid-sized chapter of a national nonprofit.  Across every role, the throughline has been the same: people and organizations grow best when the foundation underneath them is solid.

Today, Jaye serves on a community services board, is President of Endowment Blueprints, creates wearable art and is a graduate of Mount Mercy University.

Nancy is Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking with a national financial institution, where she serves as a middle market commercial relationship manager.  A central Iowa native and Iowa State University graduate, her roots run deep - literally and professionally - with decades of experience in commercial banking and financial services, and continued ties to the agricultural community she grew up in.

At her core, Nancy is a natural mentor.  Whether she's working with clients, colleagues, or community partners, she brings the same instinct: listen closely, invest in people, and help them see the growth that's possible when the foundation is strong.

Nancy currently serves as President of an environmental endowment, Trustee of a nonprofit foundation, and a board member of an entrepreneurial development center - carrying that same spirit of grounded, generous leadership into everything she does.
